Does my organization have to be a specific size for you to work with me?

No. We love to work with organizations of all sizes. Our typical clients are ambulatory organizations with 5 – 250+ providers and small to midsize hospitals.

Do you offer free audits or consultations to assist my organization?

Absolutely! We have an Organization Health Assessment that we offer for free. The assessment is a brief series of questions aimed at assisting an executive in evaluating the overall health of your organization. Do you offer training programs?

Yes. Our training programs are customized to best meet our client’s needs. We offer training in all areas that we provide consulting services. We also like to highlight that we provide extensive internal training to our consulting team to ensure they are well equipped to expertly assist our clients.

How long do you typically work with a client?

The length of our typical contracts range from 3 to 12 months. Many of our contracts are extended because of the level of service and expertise we provide. In fact, our repeat clients consider us their ‘Ace up the sleeve’ because we have built meaningful and trusting relationships and always deliver above and beyond expectations.

What types of clients do you serve?

Do your consultants have any kind of certifications?

Our consultants come to the table with great experience and proven success! They have a variety of backgrounds that include Masters degrees, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications, Project Management training, Risk & Compliance certifications and Health Information Management to name a few.

Do you provide onsite vs. remote services?

We offer both! We love face-to-face work; as we have found so much success in the relationships that we build, everything is easier to do when we are face-to-face. With that said, there are times when it is more cost effective for a client to have work done remotely. We work with each client individually to determine what method will work best for them and for the project that we are working on. Regardless of where we are, quality relationships and quality work is the outcome you can count on!
